Scholarships

Through the generous support of Cenex Harvest States Foundation, USDA Farm Services Agency, and other sources, the National AgrAbility Project is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural workers with disabilities, and their spouses/caregivers (when applicable) to attend the 2009 National Training Workshop (NTW), scheduled for October 5-8 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Scholarship applications are due September 30 or until all scholarhip funds are committed. Not all applicants are guaranteed funding, and partial scholarhips may be awarded.

To apply for a 2009 NTW Farmer/Rancher Scholarship, please complete all information on the application form:

• Application form in Adobe Acrobat pdf format

It is important that you print your information so that it is legible. Applications can be faxed to 765-496-1356 or mailed to the following address:
