The Hyatt Regency Rochester is easy to find and is just minutes from the Greater Rochester International Airport with easy access from US-490.
There will be a complimentary airport shuttle for hotel guests. When you arrive at the airport, you may use the Hyatt courtesy phone in the baggage claim area or call 585-546-1234 to request a shuttle. Shuttles are available between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. You will be able to sign up at the hotel bell stand for a shuttle to take you back to the airport, the shuttle leaves at the top of every hour for return trips.
NOTE ON ACCESSIBILITY: The Hyatt shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. If you need accessible transportation from the airport to the Hyatt, please contact Christine Frank at 585-794-4812 to set up a pick-up time. Please have your flight information with you when you call. She will also arrange for a shuttle to take you back to the airport. Please make these arrangements by Monday, April 6 so she has time to arrange the shuttles.
If you plan to drive to Rochester, the hotel offers self-parking for $4/night for overnight guests in the South Avenue Parking Garage. Valet parking is also available for $15 per night. Garage clearance is 7 feet. For oversized vehicles, please contact Christine Frank at 585-794-4812 to arrange city parking only a few blocks from the hotel.
